Common questions
I can’t log in
Make sure you’re using the same sign-in method (Google or email) you used to create your account. If you still can’t get in, email us at support@freetalk.social and we’ll help you recover access.
How do I report a video, comment, or user?
Tap the “…” (more) menu on any video, comment, or profile and choose Report. Our team reviews every report. For urgent safety concerns, email safety@freetalk.social.
How do coins, gifts, and creator earnings work?
You can buy coins to send gifts to creators you love. Creators receive Stars from gifts, which they can withdraw once they reach the minimum payout. Read more in our Community Guidelines.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings & privacy → Delete account, or visit our account deletion page. Deleting your account permanently removes your videos, messages, and profile.
I found a bug or the app crashed
We’re sorry about that. Please email support@freetalk.social with your device model and what you were doing when it happened, and we’ll get it fixed.
