You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content on Freetalk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. You must not post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: impersonate others; use the Service to distribute spam or malware; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; or engage in any conduct that disrupts or harms the Service or its users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freetalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
